A Return Authorization (RA) number will need to be issued and will be connected with the order. Packages sent back without RA numbers will be refused upon delivery.If a customer refuses an order upon delivery, all customers must notify us via email so that we can anticipate this package back and issue credit once returned. If packages are returned without an RA number and without notification, we cannot guarantee credit.

A Return Authorization (RA) number will need to be issued and will be connected with the order. Packages sent back without RA numbers will be refused upon delivery. To receive the second item:Either (1) Place a separate order on http://www.fanshopinc.com in order to avoid the delay of receiving the second item. Once the original item has been received, we will credit the original order and notify you via email. Or (2) We will send out the second item once we receive the original item and no credit card transactions will be made. An email notification will be sent to the email address on the order including the second shipment information.
